Would you like lifetime access to 25+ expert sessions from The Midlife Festival plus lots of amazing extras?

Dr. Naomi Potter qualified as a doctor in 2003 after first achieving a Masters degree in psychology. After 16 years practising as a GP for the NHS, she now specialises solely in Menopause care and treatments.
Naomi’s extensive training includes the advanced certification from the British Menopause Society under the mentorship of Professor Nick Panay and she partnered with Davina McCall for her award-winning book ‘Menopausing’.
She shares our passionate belief that women should have access to clear, evidence based information to help them make informed choices on managing menopause.
- Hot flushes and night sweats. What are they and why don't all women get them?
- Which foods and lifestyle factors can trigger these symptoms?
- When should we be worried and why should we all consider addressing these issues before the age of 60?
