Would you like lifetime access to 30 expert speakers from The Midlife Festival plus lots of amazing extras?

Our Founder, Katie Taylor, has first-hand experience trying to cope with severe symptoms of menopause and a thriving career in her mid-40s. Katie left her job but went on to establish The Latte Lounge in 2016 and has helped hundreds of women in The Latte Lounge community – sharing information, providing support and signposting expert advice.
If you are finding it hard to manage both your menopausal symptoms and your job then you are not alone: nearly 60% of menopausal women say it has had a negative impact on their work – with 30% of women taking sick leave because of it and 20% of women leave their jobs due to menopause.
Katie is passionate about supporting these women and educating and empowering businesses to support their workforce, sharing evidence-based information that is backed by a team of medical specialists.
- Katie's own story and the impact of menopause on work
- Having the conversation with your employer
- Reasonable adjustments that can be made to support women at work
