Would you like lifetime access to 25+ expert sessions from The Midlife Festival plus lots of amazing extras?

Nadia Sawalha has been a well-known face on our TV screens for nearly 30 years and is a regular panellist on ITV’s Loose Women.
Alongside her work in TV, Nadia shares her family’s life via their popular YouTube channel ‘The Sawalha-Adderleys: Family, Films & Fun’. Nadia and her husband Mark also host their weekly podcast ‘Confessions of a Modern Parent’. The pair discuss the highs and lows of parenting in a modern world, with topics including social media, mental health, home schooling and discipline, all with hilarious results.

Nadia’s love for food and cooking doesn’t go unnoticed either. She won Celebrity MasterChef in 2007 and her recent ITV show ‘Nadia’s Family Feasts’ was filled with mouth-watering family recipe ideas.

Nadia speaks candidly about her own menopause experience and is passionate about raising awareness to support other midlife women.
